Licensed universities and higher schools by the Ministry of National Education, Higher Education, Scientific Research, Vocational Integration, and Training:

1. University of Comoros (UDC): Established in 2003. It is the main public university in the country, comprising several faculties and institutes, which are distributed across various locations:

• Faculty of Law and Economics (Mvouni)

2. University Center of Moheli (CUM): Located in Fomboni on Moheli Island. It offers various university trainings.

3. University Center of Anjouan (CUP): Located in Mutsamudu on Anjouan Island. It offers various educational programs.

4. National School for Administration and Trade (ENAC): A specialized school in management and commerce.

5. Higher Institute for Continuous Training and Professional Rehabilitation (ISFR): An institute dedicated to continuous training and professional rehabilitation.
