The Ministry of National Education, Higher Education, Scientific Research,\nand Arts is the governmental department responsible for developing and\nimplementing government policy in the areas of education, teaching, research,\nand arts (the four sub-sectors managed by the ministry). Since June 1, 2024, it\nhas been led by His Excellency Mr. Bacar Mvoulana. Minister of Higher Education, Bacar Mvoulana, received the GIS-KSA consulting company from the UAE in a meeting that is part of the bilateral partnership between the two brotherly countries, according to a preliminary agreement signed last year to build a vocational school for tourism, hospitality, and restaurant management in Mutsamiholi, behind the Mutsamiholi secondary school.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Azali Assoumani is the President of the Union of the Comoros. He was born on February 27, 1959, on the island of Anjouan. He began his career as a military officer, rising to the rank of colonel, and first took power in 1999. During his initial term, he guided the country towards stability through the Fomboni Agreement in 2001, which played a crucial role in resolving conflicts between the islands and establishing a federal system that distributed power between the central government and the various islands.<\/span><\/p>\n

Azali Assoumani returned to the presidency in 2016 after winning the elections, focusing on implementing economic reforms and strengthening international relations. In 2019, he secured a new term following a constitutional amendment that permitted him to run for an additional period. During this time, he has worked to enhance infrastructure and boost the national economy.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Azali faces significant economic challenges, including poverty and unemployment, and is dedicated to strengthening international relations with countries such as France and those in the Gulf region to attract investments and support infrastructure development projects.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
